316. A person who contravenes any of sections 27, 69, 100, 140, 215.1, 216, 232.1, 232.2, 232.6, 232.7.1, 232.8, 233, 233.3, 240 and 241 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000 in the case of a natural person and $15,000 to $3,000,000 in any other case.

316. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 25, 27 and 30 is liable to a fine of $75 to $600 and in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $125 to $1,175.

316. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 25, 27 and 30 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $50 to $500 and for any subsequent offence within two years of conviction under the same provision, to a fine of $100 to $1 000.
